"If you intend to stay here, apply later in the year as they're constantly increasing and decreasing their rent prices. They'll offer super high prices at the beginning and lower them substantially later on, and say "spaces are limited". Set-up auto pay ASAP because you only have 2 days to pay. Printing costs money. Laundry machines are constantly broken or full. Super super small apartments."
"Where do I begin? Moving in was so troublesome. I arrived to the “furnished” apartment that had absolutely no furniture. It was also so dirty, absolutely zero care is taken for new residents. Management is nice, but they can’t fix anything. I put in maintenance request and didn’t get fixed until three weeks after. During my stay five months ago, my AC had a mold problem, my dishwasher stopped working, my door handle broke, treadmills in the gym weren’t working, there was a hot water issue for three days, we had no water for a while, my kitchen extractor stopped working… you name it. Anyways, don’t recommend living here. It is definitely overpriced for what you get."
"The Regent is a great place to live that works hard to engage with their residents. I went to the move-in party and the staff were so nice, Ally even encouraged my friends to enter an apartment raffle."
"Moving my daughter into The Regent Apartments has been a wonderfully smooth experience from beginning to end! I feel so safe knowing my daughter lives at The Regent and only one week in and she loves her roommates, found through the roommate matching program they have. The building is clean and well cared for and parking is available and easily accessible. It almost has a hotel vibe with a fitness room, community room with pool table, a nice laundry room, a bonfire pit, and more. Staff is at the front desk to help whenever needed and they are responsive, accommodating, professional and understanding. I couldn’t ask for a better “first home” for my amazing daughter to start her new adult life in! They deserve more than five stars!!! Thanks for everything Michaela and everyone else that has helped Chloe!!"
"Regent is a very nice leasing apartment, the rooms were very clean and the people working the front desk were extremely nice and helpful. Ally Cruz was ready with our keys and was helpful getting carts for me to move in!"
