"It's in a convenient area, because it has easy access to the main interstate. It is near a road that can be busy during the day. There's a nice backyard and a lake near by for fishing. The apartments themselves are nice and spacious, and the staff is very friendly."

"MOLD. for 3-4 months of living at Windsor Pond apartments, i have complained countless times to management about serious mold in both bedrooms, the closet, bathroom, kitchen, every room of the house. (i also own two small cats) and every time, they tell me "oh just spray it with bleach" and refused to do anything about it themselves until i threatened to call the department of health. they sent a specialist who i had to reschedule to come back because they only took care of the closet and nothing else. like i said, it is everywhere. they blame it on living near a marsh but i believe every tenant has a right to not have these hazards in their home. for management to tell a tenant to handle it themselves is completely un-professional. my apartment was not cleaned what so ever upon our move in date (cobbwebs, mold, torn up laminate bathroom floor, dirty stove/kitchen countertops) the list could go on. i currently pay $1,055 for a 2 bedroom apartment in these conditions. i know i am not alone in this, as i have spoken to many of my neighbors who also have nothing but terrible things to say about how poor Prima management has been to them. i , personally would call Prima management scam artists and thieves. don't even waste your time with them."
