Reviews
"They are seriously the worst rental property I have rented from. They are paying residents for 4 and 5 star reviews so why not(lets be clear though I would rate this property a 1). They are terrible, it took us 1 MONTH just to get a working mail key, both washers/dryers have never worked at the same time. You often (I think we are at 3 times after 6 months of living there) have no hot water or water at all in our units. The elevator has stopped working 2 times and the people at the office quite literally don't know whats happening...ever. We had the carpet coming out with spikes in the floor and it took 2 months to fix it. This property is vile and terrible but hey if they are paying for reviews why not."
"The only reason I enter this dirty building is because my friends live here. Apartments are decent and very spacious, but hallways smell weird and people are always partying loud."
"Get used to cold showers, broken laundry machines, and management who doesn't care about fixing any issues you may have."
"You're paying more for an unfurnished apartment with no windows in the bedrooms with three roommates than I paid in Equinox with one roommate. The bathrooms are disgusting, the kitchen appliences are not up to par, and you live out in the boonies which will affect your social life. Packages are just left in the lobby for a free for all, I have lost numerous packagaes and management won't do anything about it. There are weekends where the A/C or heating will just completely turn off, as well as the one elevator. Seriously, live anywhere else/"
"Seems okay at face value, but it is actually quite expensive for what you get. PROs: -good location - very close to the UW campus, with a kwik trip a block away -available underground parking (for a price of course) CONs: -rooms are very small for what you are paying -the complex provides you with the absolute cheapest furnishings possible. The table they provided because we chose to furnish broke within two weeks. -the dryers in the building are awful. The dryer has not yet failed to leave my laundry completely damp/borderline wet, even when I run it through twice. They probably bought the cheapest available models or picked them up off of a corner when someone was trying to get rid of them. -elevator breaks at least once or twice a month (which is a pain when you live on the seventh floor) Honestly, for the price you pay, you expect some quality, but the complex seems to cut corners everywhere they can to save a penny or two."
