"Lived here for almost 2 years! I loved the location, the staff was always very friendly and quick to respond, and always kept clean. One thing I didn’t like was in my unit - the way the shower was designed - water would get on the the floor no matter what I did since there was not a lip to protect the water from the floor. Ended up moving because they raised the rent each year so eventually it got out of budget for me. If this is in your budget however, I highly recommend!"

"I've lived in both a two-bedroom and a studio apartment here. Both were beautiful, surprisingly spacious, and overall a very good place to live. The location is great, although Fish Hatchery Road can get a little noisy, so I recommend living on the west side of the building if you have the choice. It's a mile and a half walk or bike ride to the capitol, and located on seven Metro bus routes, so downtown access is easy even without a car."

"Wingra Point is a great place to live! The two roofs are unique and a joy to have. They have a club room, an outdoor area with a grill for BBQs and they even have an indoor gym! The staff that work there are amazing (shout out to Cora and Cami!). Sometimes they have special events where residents can hang out and meet other residents. There is free food and always a good time during these events! Also, I love how close it is to downtown. Biking distance to downtown is great!"

"I've lived in Wingra Point for two years and I love it! The apartments are spacious. Any requested maintenance is always handled promptly. Although, the workout room is small, it has everything you need. The first and forth floor common rooms provide cable, a pool table, and an awesome view of downtown over Monona Bay! The apartments are nice, but the amenities are really what distinguish Wingra Point from other apartments in the area."

"The apartments are modern, clean, stylish, and well equipped with everything you need. They're also very quiet; we've never had an issue with hearing our neighbors, even when they are playing music or have company. The pricing is fair and transparent; no hidden fees or mystery charges on your bill. The best part of Wingra is the management team. They truly care about their tenants and do a lot to make everyone feel welcome, comfortable, and respected (like monthly resident socials with free dinner and drinks!). After a last minute change of plans with our living situation, Jeanne and Cora made quick, flexible changes to secure us an apartment for 6 more months so that we could stay at this location. We wouldn't go anywhere else!"
