Orchard Valley Apartments

"Rental company is just fine, but the neighbors are loud and slam the doors a lot. Apartments are way too expensive for what they are. That being said living here hasn't been bad, I just feel like it could be better."

"For the short time I lived there (6 mo) I encountered some of the most unpleasant experiences with neighbors/tenants. 1. While waiting for visitors over holiday, a group of people pulled up in a van beside my vehicle. Two tenants joined said van and shot up heroin. Police could not make contact with said individuals. 2. A fight occurred between three males. Police had to be called as weapons were involved. One individual was thrown in front of a vehicle. Luckily no one was seriously injured. 3. My neighbors were involved in a domestic dispute. This resulted in police being contacted and property damage occurring. 4. Mold. Leaking underground lead to flooding and my building smelling/containing mold. I left my lease for reasons that are not related to the above. If I had a choice, I would not rent there nor recommend this particular property. The property management was okay."

"Too many mong gangs and drug dealers"

"These apartments are livable and management is good and fair. The rent is way cheap which is what drew my wife and I here. Neighbors smoke right next to the front door (and sometimes inside) and so everything smells like cigarettes. (Not inside the apartments) Super quiet park behind the apartments and it is close to everything. Storage and laundry in the basement. Overall decent place but I wouldn't live here more than a year if I could help it."
