"Saw another review stating that they haven’t gotten their security deposit back and that the management team is unreachable. I am also going through a similar situation as well. Vacated the property on the 31st of July and still have not received my security deposit. I tried emailing and calling them but I haven’t heard back. Their new management team is called the commonwealth management and looking under their reviews, if I got the right one, it seems like people have gone through the same situation as me. I guess filing a small claim is the route if you want your security deposit back!"

"This place is not fit for humans to live. They have roaches galore, no matter how clean you are, management refuses to send pest control. I moved out 6/30/2023 per my lease, and received an eviction notice 7/25/2023 for nonpayment of rent for July posted on apt door for all to see my name, address, and fictitious amount of money I owed with a threat of eviction. Has changed property management companies 3 times within 3 months, no property manager on site ever, I’ve been contacting all 3 companies concerning my security deposit, and no one has gotten back to me. Totally unprofessional complex, steer clear"

"Since living here , I’ve had no problems at all. Probably the nicest building apartment on the north I’ve seen. Clean. No outrageous noise or problems happening in the community (that I know of) . Lorin has been doing a good job since I’m office . And no I don’t have roaches."
