Madison and Main Apartments

"I presently live at the Madison & Main apartment complex in Waunakee, WI. The complex is in the heart of the city. Amber, the property manager, does an excellent job of maintaining the complex and the grounds. The utility services are properly maintained and inspected. There are both sprinkler systems and fire alarm systems throughout the complex, as well as in the heated underground parking garage – all of which are professionally maintained and managed by Amber and her staff. There are rules to follow and Amber manages those extremely well. Her maintenance staff are knowledgeable of all systems and respond quickly to maintenance requests. Amber’s door is always open and she addresses tenant concerns promptly. The complex has security cameras and requires security access to enter. The area is quiet and safe and the complex is pet friendly. I highly recommend this complex for all ages. Bottom line – it is quiet, safe, clean and very well managed and maintained. RH."

"Madison and main is a wonderful apartment complex! The manager is always on top of stuff and always doing upgrades around the property! She plans parties in the community room and always has snacks stocked up! The units are perfect size and even the maintenance stays on top of work orders and makes sure everyone is happy!"

"Madison and Main is a wonderful community. The outside is filled with the chirping if birds, the property is clean and well maintained. The coffee/snack bar is always stocked. Management is super nice and easy to talk to, and maintenance is fixing issues withing 48 hours if not sooner. I couldn't be happier to call Madison and Main my home."

"Where do I start? Madison and Main is clean and modern. The management team is friendly as well as the neighbors. Tim is responsive and has always gotten back to us about any questions or issues we have had & fixed them in a timely manner. Doug always goes the extra mile and can fix anything in visit or two! We had our AC go out during memorial day weekend and had an in window AC unit within the next business day for a quick fix while we waited for it be repaired. Our dishwasher stopped working properly over the weekend and by Friday we had a new one installed and a coupon book for detergent! Quiet, safe, friendly (pet friendly too), and located right in the heart of Waunakee.. we are happy we picked Madison and Main to call home 2 years ago."

"So far, Madison and Main has been a great place to live. I moved in a few months ago and love it. The manager was so helpful with the move in process. I had a few questions right after I moved in and he took the time to explain everything to me. The property itself is also very nice and is kept very clean. Overall, great place to live and in a great location!"
