"It's a great property to live on, decently priced, kind & helpful management, apartments are quite nice aswell. The issues are simple and not the end of the world, parking at night is really bad - inside and outside are always full up after 9pm. Despite the lease agreement occasionally weed aroma lingers inside and outside the building time to time and finally, loud Vehicles drive up and down the streets day and night. If you can get past these issues, it's a pretty nice living experience. Added bonus you'll live 1 minute away from a kwik trip. All and all, ive been living on location for roughly a year, planning on re-uping the lease as long as prices are still affordable, for a two bedroom two bath at $1,450, as of now this is a great place to live."

"This is the worse place ive lived outside of the projects in Chicago Illnois. The management is beyond rude lying people . If you want anything fixed the management will charge you. The maintenance people are not professional and are really weird. it makes you feel uncomfortable when they come into your home if your a woman you definitly don't want to live here alone! The owner of the property is the most rudest person, shes a liar and will break all laws with no thought to it. DO NOT LIVE IN THIS PLACE!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!"

"I've lived here for a year now and honestly it's been the best place I've rented ever!!!!! It's clean,the complex nice and quiet, neighbors are super friendly, the outside areas are always clear of litter,and there's a playground nearby as well. My apartment is nice and big and the rent is definitely worth what one pays!! All appliances have worked with no problem and the one issue I had with my sink was fixed promptly and efficiently within a few hours of putting in the work order. I love it here and so do my kids. Anyone that I've had over has always loved being here and is always awed by how nice my apartment is. I look forward to the next year and many more coming."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE. Awful place to live. The place is constantly filthy. The stairways consistently had food stains all over them. They were never cleaned. The hallways smell awful. The locks on the doors, that were supposed to be there to prevent strangers from getting in, were consistently broken. The garage looks like a place for hoarders to live. They will nickel and dime you on your deposit. Kids will be running around the parking lot without supervision and will be incredibly loud. We had 3 different managers in the span of year so there is obvious disorganization. Also, make sure you know your tenant rights. Julie tried to illegally non-renew our lease after we had an argument. It is ILLEGAL to take such action over an argument, but she didn't think twice before she did it. She is not a person who should have any authority as she doesn't have thick enough skin to handle an argument or criticism. They will break the law if it benefits them. NEVER live here if you don't have to."
