I show up Friday and turns out (another employee confirmed) the transfer order was never placed. I needed that part to pull my boat out of the water and their laziness and carelessness cost me a trip to West Marine San Diego and an extra night of guest fees. Don’t trust them with anything time sensitive, they do not care."
