"I really appreciated living at Zurich Haus. The management did an excellent job of being accommodating, responding to requests promptly, and being flexible."

"Management was attentive and quick to fix issues. The apartment was clean and nicely updated with quartz countertops."

"Roaches, skunks, and poison Oak on the property. The maintenance fixes were also done poorly. I lost at least 2 garbage bags worth of food from the fridge "automatic defrost" before they replaced the fridge. My chicken and pork never reaches a sufficient temperature in the oven. The dryers are completely unreliable. There have been at least 4 shootings across the biking path. The heat reaches 90-100 degrees inside the unit when the window is not open or the AC is not on. Landlord refused to turn down the heat at one point, even though I expressed the urgency of the temperatures. Also, screws, vomit, and broken glass on the property; not being cleaned up in a timely manner or at all. The sewage also backed up into my unit at least twice. In the winter, there is black ice on a slight decline almost all the way down the sidewalk and right outside the back entrance."

"Lots of roaches. The only way to get rid of them is by completely starting over. So with rent being even higher it's more of a reason to not live here because roaches never go away."

"I have enjoyed living here, all my neighbors were very quiet and kept to them selfs and the off street parking was amazing. I recommend the area, it has very easy access to the beltline and a very close target. I absolutely loved the secluded parking and felt very safe in the area. The management was awesome and always pleasant to work with. I would recommend living here as it is a very nice area with very good access to a walking and bicking trail"
