"Moved in with a broken washer and they are not trying to fix it or replace it with a new one as soon as possible. Living without the washer for the first 2 weeks is a disaster! And no one is trying to make up for this issue, Management team is always saying you should contact the maintenance team and the maintenance team is asking me to contact the management team. i would give a zero star if possible."

"I moved in this past July and love my apartment so much! Meg gave me my initial tour and was so sweet - everyone who works in the front office is so nice too. Cera is a great property manager and the whole TR McKenzie staff is friendly and communicative. I worked with Jessie initially for my application and she was great. Maintenance crew very friendly. Affordable apartments, quiet, and in a perfect location. My friends and family love my apartment and I think this will go down in history as my favorite apartment I’ve ever lived in. I am in the Boulder version (one bedroom with a den) and it is the perfect space for working from home. Nice big bedrooms and my apartment has the best natural light. Highly recommend this property!"
