"My wife and I did an ASA-104 with Naos Yachts in March 2023. The course was arranged wonderfully by Naos' team. We come all the way from Singapore and had to make very complicated and accurate travel plans. With Naos team being understanding and flexible, all worked perfectly for us. The coach chosen for our course was a very expert sailor and he was an amazing captain and teacher. We learnt a lot from this experience. The sailing vessel used for the course was also a spotless new 38 feet mono-hull, we were very comfortable onboard. "A tropical storm this past weekend was set to spoil our sailing plans, by no fault of Naos. Turns out that we had to cancel Saturday, which was half of our ASA103 course. It was absolutely the right decision to make, albeit through some difficulties into our plans. Our Airbnb had just become non-refundable (who plans on a tropical storm in SoCal in September??) and we were flying in from out of state for the course. Also, it was going to be 4-6 months before my wife and I could both make it back to take the course. This is where Naos really stepped up their game. Due to our circumstances, Anne was on top of it the whole time and found us an instructor for a Sunday/Monday course to compensate, all without any hesitation or delay. Lori stepped up and flexed her schedule to our needs. On top of it, the boats are absolutely stunning and in phenomenal shape. All Beneteau OC.
