"My partner and I just moved in to deer creek, and we are loving it. It's our first apartment and Nick in the leasing office was instrumental in making it happen. He has been so kind and helpful in navigating the process and putting us at ease. There's a community event happening this weekend, and so far everyone we've met has been friendly. The fitness center, pool, and hot tub in the clubhouse are all big perks, especially because we save on gym memberships. The underground parking garage space and storage unit across the hall are also super convenient. And there's bike lanes and a bus stop just down the way. Great value and reasonable price for the area."

"Lived here for three years now. All staff are friendly and work is done professionally and promptly. They are ALWAYS on top of snow clearing from sidewalks and parking areas. Nice neighborhood and mostly quiet neighbors. They hold regular events in the Club House for Holidays and Special Events. Nick is a hoot with karaoke at the Summer Party! Pets allowed in some units. Pet cleanup stations and outdoor bbq grills in several places. Work out room, pool, whirlpool, storage lockers, underground parking, and laundry in unit. A 40 minute Madison Metro bus ride to campus, a 15 minute drive, walking distance to Greenway Station, and minutes to West Towne Mall. The rent is a bit high but overall I don't hesitate to recommend Deer Creek Apartments."
