The Boulevard Apartments

"This is a great place to live! Josh is very responsive and keeps this place looking good. Les, the maintenance person, is the fastest at repairing stuff. He's called on a Friday night after submitting a request in the late afternoon. Things are usually taken care of the same day or the next day early. The management is really good. If you are affiliated with the hospital, like many people are in this building, it's convenient. It's about a 20 minute walk. The only con is that the building is located between two railroad crossings. The train whistles are LOUD. I'd recommend a noise machine for sleeping if you live here, otherwise it may wake you up during the day or night."

"My partner and I moved into The Boulevard during a busy, hectic part of our lives. However, the process of leasing, moving in, and living at The Boulevard was not stressful! Josh has always been around to answer our questions, and definitely keeps this place well taken care of. Even the maintenance guy here is great and has taken care of any issues almost as soon as they were reported. If we didn't have to move out of Madison this year, we absolutely would've kept our apartment here. All in all, we had a very positive living experience here, and I'll miss our apartment. If you love the Shorewood Hills area and need to be close to the hospital, definitely consider living here!"

The location is great, the workout room has enough variety for workouts, and the public grill is very convenient. Management has been responsive and is easy to work with. I'd recommend the Boulevard to anyone looking for an apartment in this area."

"I moved into The Boulevard Apartments a few months ago and have been very happy living here. The location is extremely convenient, within quick walking distance of multiple grocery stores and a Walgreens and close to my work. Management responds quickly to any concerns and the building/grounds are very well kept. The sound proofing is also wonderful, we barely ever hear our neighbors which gives our apartment a very private feel. I also love the amenities the building has to offer: a workout room, public grill and outdoor space, common room, underground parking, and community gatherings so you can get to know the people in your building."

"I moved into the new Boulevard Apartments two months ago. Since moving here, I have been very pleased with the management and amenities of the building. Maintenance is very quick and friendly. The exercise room has the machines I need to get in a quick workout. The common room (with TV and kitchen) is comfortable and never crowded. As well, the neighbors are quiet! I work in at the nearby University Hospital, and walking to work takes me 20 minutes, and less than 10 minutes to ride my bike. I would definitely recommend The Boulevard Apartments to anyone interested in living in this area."
