There are mature trees, a lot of green space, gazebo with a heater that was used many times during the pandemic for safe small gatherings. Maintenance and office staff is first rate. I have lived at Yorktown Estates 12 years and would not think of moving."

"Where to start. We've lived here for 3 years and love everything. The maintenance staff is responsive and helpful, same with the regular staff - and friendly! Free breakfast is a solid start to the morning. Pool, underground parking, hot tub, respectable workout facilities, office w/ printer, and even dry cleaning, hair cut, and massage services (for $). The staff throw parties every few months (like beer tasting!). All this not even mentioning the unit with the great location with access to the 14 and 67 bus routes for easy downtown access. The rent may be a little more than some other places, but the quality of life is worth every penny. Our 1BR unit has central air with a huge living eoom (over 1000sq ft) with laundry inside the unit. Our neighbors are all very friendly; a little community. Best part: pet friendly. It's going to be hard to ever leave this place!"

"We've lived at Yorktown for over a year and we can't imagine living anywhere else in Madison. The grounds are beautiful, the apartments are comfortable and very well-maintained. Any maintenance requests have been solved within 24 hours and we've always felt safe and taken care of. The front office staff are friendly and welcoming -- they making living here even more fun -- not to mention the amenities included with rent: weekly breakfast, tanning bed, rec room, hot tub, salt water pool, in-unit laundry -- the list goes on! Most notable, the heated parking garage calculated into rent is more than reasonable. These are very well-priced for the area. The apartments here are luxury and location is excellent. The 14 and 67 buses are within the block -- perfect for student/faculty commuters to UW. Anything of this quality closer to downtown would be double the price. We love it here, our cats love it here -- we'll be here as long as we can."
