"Big Sky is a great place to live! My husband and I moved here shortly after getting married in 2019 and are now moving out in 2023 after buying our first house. Erin the property manager is amazing, the building is clean and quiet, and our one bed + loft is great value for the price. On site storage unit, very affordable underground parking, and no pet fees (they are OK with any critters but dogs) are just a few benefits of living here."

"If you are looking for a quiet building that's close to everything you could want or need this is the perfect spot!! The manager erin and maintenance man tracy are on point at all times. I never wait to get anything fixed, ever! There is ample parking and a garsge that's very reasonable. The building and apartments are we kept spotless. If you are looking for fancy granite top kitchens this isn't the spot for ypu. If you want quiet, reliable and reasonable, this is the place for you!! You won't be disappointed"

"When it comes to apartment complexes on Madison's westside, Big Sky Manor is a hidden gem! Let's start with location. Big Sky Manor is smack daub in the middle of everything. Quick and easy access to the Beltline and major thoroughfares like Mineral Point Road, Watts Road, or Gammon Road. In terms of shopping in the area, the complex is close to Target and Walmart as well as West Towne Mall with several gas stations nearby. The management and maintenance staff are fantastic--I'm always amazed by their kindness and compassion! They're a big reason why so many tenants renew year after year. Whether its a free breakfast on Friday or a "heads up" text about watching out for icy roads on the morning commute, they really care for their residents. In the rare occurrence that there's an issue in your apartment like, they address and fix it right away. Need someone to feed your cats for a couple of days or collect your packages/mail for you? No problem, they're happy to help! And then there are there the contests with killer prizes ($$$). Again, the staff really makes this place and appreciates all of their residents. I have felt very lucky to have called Big Sky Manor home. While the apartments are a little older than some of the newer ones out there, the lofts are cozy and in good condition. The high ceilings make the place feel spacious and airy. The architectural details inside the lofts are particularly well suited for cat owners, as cats will love to climb and play on the balconies. Also as someone who stuffs her closets with shoes and bags, the Big Sky Manor closets do not disappoint (and there's bonus on-site storage)! The patio is really big and was a great asset during the lockdown days of the pandemic. Overall, it's just a great space to call home."

"I've lived here a long time and have had a positive experience, especially since new management took over a few years ago. The location is close to a bunch of options for shopping, restaurants and groceries, and I used to walk to work before switching to a job downtown. There's two bus stops close by to get to campus. Any maintenance issues have been addressed promptly and the maintenance person is always super respectful and friendly. The on-site property manager is amazing-- prompt and professional, and consistently considerate and respectful of residents' time and space. There's always communication about anything going on (including fun things!) My one-bedroom is a great value in my opinion and the building is quiet. I know my upstairs neighbor and feel like I could knock on other neighbors' doors if I needed to."

"Lived here for 3 years and its been great experience with management staff always putting the tenants first. The building is old but its working enough to live nice. Location is great with easy access to many things. Its quiet and yet you can hop into Movie theater right across anytime. I truly believe management, especially Katie is exceptional in terms of providing hassle free experience . I would recommend this place for sure if you are looking for a good, quiet, affordable & safe place."
