Just nasty and filthy. They need to rethink the cost because now amenities and again completely disgusting apartment"

"Overall I rated our time at ReNew a 5. I never had any issues. As long as your expectation is in line with what you are paying for you will have a good experience. There was some office change-over which allowed for certain rules to get relaxed but Victoria and the new staff will get it corrected. Again, for the price it’s hard to knock on the experience. In general the tenants are hard working and take pride in the appearance of their complexes."

"Renters beware. Problems since the first day of our lease, the apartment had not been cleaned or prepared when we arrived with the movers and staff told us to come back hours later. They did not have enough sets of keys for my two roommates and I, and told us to make a copy if we wanted another set. When we entered our apartment, there were buckets and cleaning supplies throughout the unit and it clearly had not been cleaned. There were leaves in the tub, nails and plaster in the carpet, and mold in the windowsills. There was also a washcloth jammed into the garbage disposal. There was a big hole where the dishwasher was supposed to be and it took about two weeks for staff to finally install one. We were not provided with a move-in checklist and the resident portal app did not have anything where the checklist was supposed to be. Paying rent was a challenge as the leasing office was closed more often than not and did not have a dropbox for rent checks. Paying through the online portal had large fees for almost all payment methods. On one occasion, I walked to the leasing office during office hours and watched as staff passed a joint around while watching a movie. They charged me a late fee when their office staff misplaced my check and it took months to be refunded the fifty dollars. Do not have packages delivered here, because they are placed on top of an outdoor mailbox where they are frequently stolen, opened, or damaged by weather. The dumpsters are commonly surrounded by garbage that is blown all over the property by wind. During the summer, hope you like box elder bugs and wasps! Our first floor corner apartment was overrun by these beetles despite our best efforts to seal windows and doors. Office staff assured us multiple times that pest control would be sent over but nobody showed up. Maintenance requests will often be ignored and checked off as complete. The longer you live in these apartments, the more problems will reveal themselves as fixtures are loosely held in place by paint and stripped screws, and cracks/mold were quickly painted over. I would not recommend living here unless there are major changes with office and maintenance staff. Keep looking elsewhere for cheaper, nicer apartments with staff that care about their tenants."
