All around amazing. They really do their absolute best at making sure things are done right, people are treated more then fairly, and everyday everyone has a big and bright smile on their faces. "great people to work with. Alex, Christy and the whole crew are amazing people. I’ve been working for them for over 10 years and keep counting. I love the fact that they always pay on time. I do recommend west Madison apartments as they are always on top of things. If you have any problem with your apartment they got solutions for you. I’ve seen it, I’ve done it. Management and maintenance right on site. So any tenant is just a phone call away to resolve any situation or to answer any questions. Not to mention the green areas and playground where your kids can safely play outside. Or just to take a walk on their endless and well kept sidewalks. You can also have a nice picnic on them, yes! Nice picnic area with tables and a gas grill which is always with gas and ready to use."
