"Best experience! Ed was my instructor and he was kind, patient, and helpful. I had driven a little before but was not confident at all. With ed as my instructor I learned how to be a safe and defensive driver. I have my road test next week and couldn’t be more prepared because of Ed’s teaching. I always felt safe and comfortable. "I’ve had my license for a couple years now, but I was still uncomfortable with driving in the freeways and canyon driving. So I decided to Google for a driving school to enroll in and so glad I found Cantor’s Driving School! I had Juan as my instructor for 3 2-hour lessons. I had only been taught driving by family as a teen (which was very stressful and anxiety inducing) so having him as my first ever professional driving instructor was a godsend. He’s a good teacher, friendly, and professional. For example, when I was nervous merging onto a freeway, he was calm while guiding me, which made me feel safe and reassured. Instead of feeling judged or discouraged when I made mistakes (which I did as a teen being taught by family), I was able to focus on his guidance because he created a safe space which I think is important for any driver to be able to develop confidence and gain experience. I highly recommend for any level driver, new or licensed! Our lessons happened to span weeks apart, but I really appreciate that Juan always remembered my goals of things to learn and improve on and where we left off in the last lesson. I really felt like Juan’s lessons, instructions, feedback, and tips were really catered and personalized to me, my goals, and driving experience level. It was a great overall experience and I thank him for giving me more confidence and preparedness to drive in a more variety of situations on the road."

"Cantor's Driving School was professional and effective in teaching the basics of driving in and around LA! I had a lot of anxiety behind the wheel due to unfortunate circumstances (2 car accidents/5 years apart) and wanted to manage my fear by learning how to drive on the freeway. I signed up for 6 hours of lessons with Veronica, who is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and encouraging. She helped me understand the intricate dynamics of exits, lane changes, and merging while driving and most importantly, safety. Little by little, she helped me accomplish my goal of driving from one end of LA to the other (San Gabriel Valley to LAX), on the freeway at night during holiday traffic! "I’m really glad I chose this driving school. I chose Ed because of all the excellent reviews and I’m glad that I did. Ed was very understanding and helpful throughout all my lessons. He made sure I was comfortable and made my experience an excellent one. I was nervous to get on the freeway but Ed helped me through everything and I started to get more comfortable. "My son had his first two driving classes with Ed and loved it! He said Ed was funny and very personable. His direction made sense and he could automatically see and understand how to apply it. As the parent, I found Ed to be very friendly and he was clear and complete on what I needed to work on with my son. He kept me informed of everything they worked on and how he was coming along. I highly recommend him as an instructor! The only reason we aren’t using him for the third and final lesson is because he was already booked for the time frame we needed to work around my sons school hours."
