"Mold mold mold. BLACK mold, slime mold. This whole apartment complex is completely full of mold especially in the heating vents. If you live here and are having health issues, respiratory issues, sinus or ear infection issues call in a health inspector right away. This is dangerous for everyone living in this complex especially for those who are immunocompromised, are elderly, or have little children. Please be careful and take care of yourself if you live here."

"I’ve lived here for 3 years and really enjoyed it. The location and views are amazing! My unit is newly renovated and spacious, perfect for myself. But as with most newly renovated units across Milwaukee some things are pretty cheap construction. Like my pantry cabinet door fully pulling off randomly one day. That said, Maintenance staff is fantastic any time I’ve needed them. Parking is included in the rent price! Cats are free. There’s a pool and a small gym. Overall, I would recommend renting at Prospect Towers if you’re looking for lakeside views and comfortable living."

"We enjoyed this place and location. Towards the end of our lease, the dishwasher stopped working. We requested it to be fixed or replaced. It’s been 2 months and nothing has been resolved. The maintenance was prompt, but as soon as we put it or 60 day notice to vacate, they stopped. We pay for a dishwasher in our rent and we have not been able to use it. It’s a good area and nice views but the staff needs to stay committed to the tenants needs."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Prospect Tower. The staff is very friendly and any maintenance request I had was handled in a timely fashion. The floor to ceiling windows provide great views of Lake Michigan if you are lucky enough to have a unit on the east side of the building. Also the pool area is an awesome place to hang out in the summer!"

"I was able to secure an apartment with a balcony and new appliances. Absolutely fantastic rentals. Friendly management, beautiful views, included heat and underground parking and storage in rent! Gorgeous pool/grilling area with a lake view. Close to Brady St., the Lake, and distance to downtown is walkable. Likely the best quality apartments on Prospect!"
