"I am highly dissatisfied as a resident here at Mariner Apartments, due to leasing staff including the maintenance’s team incompetency and or unethical practices. I have an ongoing issue with my heating and cooling system in my poorly designed apartment dating back to November of 2023 This was reported to Janelle the assistant manager and maintenance staff via the online portal and in person, maintenance staff along with the assistant manager Janelle have refused to further have my heating and cooling system assessed by professionals instead, leasing staff have relied on the word of their uneducated Maintenance team regarding my issue my apartment is freezing cold but property management has no regard and care for myself and or other residence Furthermore this apartment complex is not a welcoming community due to the leasing staff and maintenance staff making Certain ethnic groups feel unwelcome at times… I am extremely excited to be moving due to my lease expiring soon. lastly I will be escalating my concerns to Bear property corporate office located in Kenosha county due to management staff refusing to take my concerns seriously and resolve them in a timely manner. This apartment complex does not have reliable staff They hire new staff approximately every 2 to 3 months there is new people working in the office always The apartments are extremely small and poorly designed. The rent is extremely high Almost $2000 a month for a 750 square-foot one bedroom apartment also you can hear everything your next-door neighbors are saying due to paper thin walls. Some residents are encouraged to leave five star reviews to receive a $10 Starbucks gift card extremely unethical apartment complex. cant wait to move out of this place!!"

"Just moved in and I love it so far. I read a lot of reviews online before moving in, I was a little nervous because I had read reviews about the walls being “thin.” I can say I DO NOT have that issue. I never hear my neighbors, I play my music and watch my tv without any complaints. As a woman I feel comfortable using the gym and I can’t wait to use the pool in the summer. All the amenities offered are such an added luxury. Because they offer Spectrum and Wi-Fi I now have 150 cable channels included with my rent! I moved into this complex after owning a home and it has everything I need, I’m very happy with my decision, no regrets."

"This is my third year living at the Mariner. Property is beautiful and by the water close to trails and parks. They have an inefficient and incompetent maintenance team headed by this guy called Rudy. It took them 3 weeks to fix an ac capacitor, and there is no weekend support. There is a number you can call for weekend support they dont really do anything/ care about issues since the property has to pay overtime rates. Rodgerick, Athena, and Merry (leasing team) are not helpful in these situations either, and show their heads just during lease renewals."
