"Maintenance guy is completely terrible! He doesn't know how to fix anything And he's extremely rude not to mention.... Anybody can gain access to the building (410 E. Ship st) due to backdoor entrance never being fixed! So i'm confused on why we have key fobs to enter the building when you can clearly come N go as you please SMH Trostel apartments shame on your management team"

"Great space for all types of parties! We had our daughter's 1st birthday party and two Christmas gatherings there. The staff is amazing and very accommodating! Family and friends are still talking about the good times we shared there!"

"I have lived here for about three years and have enjoyed it overall. However, recently there have been a lot of instances that have changed my mind. There are constant break-ins in the underground private parking garage that we pay $200 a month for. Things are getting stolen from the garage and packages stolen frequently. The elevator is also broken every single week. This place is going downhill, and for what we pay it shouldn’t be. Things are constantly broken…"

"My boyfriend and I moved in this summer and couldn't be happier. The space is beautiful and always feels safe. The shared spaces and amenities are all kept super clean, and any request for help with our unit has been met quickly and without issue. We are steps away from the river, and have more square feet than I could find anywhere else for this price point. I highly recommend!"
