"I’ve been calling and emailing for months about availability. Finally in September there was two, two bedroom units available for October. I emailed and called every day leaving voicemail asking about the units. The reason why I never gotten a response is because I was being discriminated against. Long story short, I asked a white coworker to call and leave a voicemail and she was called back with in 15 minutes. We both left voicemails 5 minutes apart from each other but I never gotten a call back. Once I was abled to confront the lady in the leasing office (only because my coworker was abled to get ahold of her) about the discrimination I felt. She then told me I was out of line for my feelings. My issue was never resolved, nor was I given an apology, asked for further assistance, or if I was still interested in the available units. . If you’re a black resident in Milwaukee Wisconsin, don’t even bother applying. Seeking legal help! This is not right!"

"Constantly finding a reason to enter your unit, hallways stink of cigarette smoke, and they mailed an entire shared security deposit to my room mate who I don't even speak with anymore without bothering to use my email, phone number or any other information on file to request a forwarding address. Garbage is loud and taken very early. All-water heat regularly sent utilities bill well into the $300's."

"Great location. Secure building. Many floor plans to choose from. Each unit has a balcony or porch...some views better than others. They offer underground parking which is great for WI winters! Quick walk to anywhere in the Third Ward, downtown and even Summerfest!"

"I've rented another property and had to deal with Lori Schmidt as well. She is extremely unprofessional, never answered calls or emails (even when they were extremely important), and above all, I caught the maintenance man using my bathroom and going in my freezer when he was supposed to be fixing my garbage disposal. Whenever I see Lori's name, I go in the opposite direction."
