"Would rate 0/5 stars. Beware of this place. Outdated plumbing causes them to cut off the water frequently. Packages get stolen on the daily. Good luck finding a laundry machine that works or that doesn’t have laundry sitting there from days ago. They took money from security deposit illegally for cleaning services even though during my walkout inspection the manager stated I would receive my money back. Would never recommend this place to anyone."

"Walls are so thin can hear everything going on in other units our neighbor has a kid and it cries throughout the night and can also hear when people use the bathroom or be intimate. The apartments are really small feels cramped. Can’t wait till our lease is up."

"Agree with Tony's points below. Completely unprofessional manager, elevator out of service for over a year, unreasonable (in my opinion at least) fee they charged the security deposit after move-out."

"Manager is terrible. Never answers calls, leaves cuss filled rants on the elevator, doesn't call back to answer messages and complains about any work that's brought to him. When it snows don't expect it to be cleaned at a reasonable time morning or evening. The management company is slow to react to anything. Good luck getting in contact with anyone at that office. There are 2 elevators and one has been broke for almost a year, with no eta. The other elevator is slow in general and has a pause feature that people love to use. So get ready for some exercise. For the price and proxmity it offers there are much better options. I would have left earlier but there is a winter no move out clause in the lease."
