"Jamie was amazing! I came in to cash my final check from my employer, they happen to use Money Network checks for final payment to employees and those checks can only be cashed at certain places, I couldn’t even take it to my bank and deposit it in an ATM. The two Wal-Marts I took it too couldn’t cash it, one claimed it might be too big of an amount. I have to wait until Monday to cash my check at Cash 1 when they open. I go in and Jamie gives me the rundown. I have to think about it…I come back with a few questions, answers were acceptable so I proceed. I’d rather jump through their hoops than go back to my ex-employer. Well, I fill out the form and it tells Jamie I still need to do it. I try it a few more times, she watches a few times, she tries a couple times and it won’t work. Each time with the same message saying I need to complete the form. Jamie is stumped but she graciously cashes my check and I leave with my money and all are happy! Thanks again Jamie!!!"

"I went to Cash1 to cash a check. I had a great experience while there. The CSR that assisted me was Jamie. She was quick, detailed, and had a good attitude. Due to the type of check I had, their policy required an extra step or two and she explained anything needed from me & why. Also, explained everything she was doing every step of the way. Walked me through my new card, and completed the entire transaction with well wishes!"

"Do not use Cash one order online portal. If you have more than one account you cannot use the same email you have to open up a new email account in order to do so so if I have one account I need to open up a whole new account email account to you to be able to do this. I would not suggest going here. Customer service sucks."
