"I had an apartment tour scheduled 3 weeks in advance. Kept getting confirmation emails saying they were expecting me and all that. The day of the appointment, no one was there at all. The neighbors in the apartment came out and told me that there was no one in the leasing office. Thanks for wasting my time!"

"Like living in actual hell. I have lived here for just over 2 years, and it’s just gotten worse and worse. When I first moved in and the building was owned by Greystone Properties it was not great but they were trying. However now the building is not maintained or kept safe. The doors don’t lock and people sleep and smoke in the stairwells. The garbage overflows, there’s discarded furniture all over the property, transient people camp out in the courtyard, nobody cleans up their pet waste, the recycling company behind the building smells like burning plastic and makes so much noise it shakes the building. We have not had consistent management or maintenance since the building was bought by The Micheals Organization this year. I have not had a working dryer in my unit since June 13th. I cannot stress this enough- DO NOT RENT HERE."

"This is the absolute worst place someone can live. No one is ever in the office or pick up the phone . Very unprofessional. No good maintenance. Angelique is a property manager. Very rude . Hangs up the phone on anyone who calls . Never in her office . Does illegal things by tenants. Take people’s money and run off. Building is full of bugs, trash, and dirt. Property management is scamming people out of their money. Angie is super unprofessional she should be fired for never answering her office phone, stealing, she has a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE, HORRIBLE CLOTHES, HORRIBLE WIGS . I would not recommend moving here it is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary"

"do not move in here. they are very unprofessional and never pick up any calls. they illegally evicted a family and did not give any notice. they didn’t allow the family to gather their things and only gave them 20 minutes to move out. all of their belongings including sentimental stuff were thrown out. I don’t know how these people live with themselves."

"Do NOT MOVE HERE!! This place is so unprofessional and so unorganized! So where do I start. They make you pay for a “secured” parking area but the gate been broke for almost 2 years so anyone can come break into your car. (Which have happened) Or how bout all the trash that is left in the building and around the building? Or how about they charge you late fees because NO ONE is ever in the office when rent is due. So if your money order is in the box but no one comes in till after the time or another day, they will charge you because it’s scanned in late! Oh and it’ll be your fault and they’ll say it’s nothing they can do! Or how about I been waiting on someone to fix the leaks for a year now and it’s still not done! This place was awesome when Erica ran it now it’s going down the drain! One more than please don’t get any packages sent here because the two times I tried they came up missing and the guy manager that WAS down there looked clueless like theirs nothing he can do. So maybe you if guys focus on how this building is ran, be here when rent is due, fix the problems your tenants is having and clean up around the building than their won’t be so many vacant apartments!"
