"I LOVE Element Apartment. I had issues with ice maker earlier in the week. Then yesterday morning I noticed my freezer thawed out. With the apartment help desk she was fast to help me get Maintenance service right away. He was helping the day before and had to oder a apart. They knew the holiday was approaching and I was hosting Thanksgiving at my place. As he knew I had issues already he showed up with another refrigerator. WOW!!! I am just AMAZE by the service from both of them. I also want to say a HUGE thank you to Teddy maintenance guy. Im so bad I don' t remember his name. I can not forget about Lily the apartment manager, she always there for me when assistance. Thank You Elements Team!!!"

"Absolute nightmare management. They respond in their own time, were late to move-in by at least 2 hours. They were threatening eviction (first late rent) so I went to the office FOUR times all during standard business hours to no avail. Management is rude, heartless, unsympathetic, and act as if we aren’t the customer. Very much do not recommend Edit: I am posting for a friend that lives in the building due to their fears of retaliation"
"Legit rental properties do not ask you to fill out an application/credit check before you even see the place. The 5 star reviews sound fake. I'm gonna go ahead and call this a SCAM. Prove me wrong, Element!"
"Lived at Element for 6 months. Management was very attentive. I had to move out early and the staff was accommodating. One of the best apartments available in this area, brand new appliances, work out facility, and spacious living. Would highly recommend if you're looking at living in the Milwaukee area."
