Beerline B Apartments

"Beerline B is a good place to live. The management is stable now. Maintenance is efficient, usually the same day. Location can’t be beat. Usually pretty quiet especially during the week. The apartments are modern. They have a club house that can be used with a refundable deposit. I understand some units have W/D in apartment. They have a fitness room and meeting area. They have made visible improvements since new management took over such as paving and redoing the stripes on the surface lot and pressure washing the underground parking. They have someone monitoring cars periodically at night. I have not felt unsafe here. They allow pets. They have a few ADA accessible apartments. Of course they have central air!!"

"The office staff is so nice and professional. They are always kind and address any concerns or questions that I have right away. This is a great place to live downtown Milwaukee!"

"Bad area with careless staff. I delivered a package here which resulted in getting my vehicle stolen by 3 delinquents hiding in a car inside the parking lot which stole all the rest of the packages and used my vehicle for a SHOOT OUT. I received no help from residents or staff except 1 nice lady who mentioned the high theft of packages and vehicles inside the garage and building. She also mentioned that there was a car that hadn’t been moved for over a week in the parking lot and it had around 5 bullets which is strange because they have reserved parking spaces and it was the only car that had the hood hot, which indicated the engine was on around the time they stole my vehicle. The office staff refused to answer my calls or even bother to help the police by proving the security footage which makes me strongly believe something is SO off by the amount of theft and their refusal on catching the thieves to keep residents or anyone safe around there! Shame."

"I really love it here. Ive been here almost 3 years and I feel safe for the most part coming home (considering the downtown area). Its clean, my neighbors are barley noticeable, its the perfect spot to hang out near downtown with family and friends, great small workout room, and maintenance man is awesome. I wish rates weren't so expensive though!!"
