"I lived here for two years, during my junior and senior year of undergrad. As a first apartment, it's not bad, especially for having to be near campus. Our apartment was huge and we had lots of space, other than the kitchen and bathroom, which was nice. However, things always seemed to be broken or not working throughout the building. I once got stuck in one of the elevators for over an hour. Which normally isn't a big deal, but at least one of the elevators would break down almost every day. The water was turned off for maintenance often, usually at early morning times when people are getting ready, although they usually posted signs saying it would be turned off a head of time, but not always. The laundry on site was nice, until they raised the price considerably to help offset the price of the cost of constantly fixing the machines breaking down and not working. But again, for living on campus, it's what I would expect, and it's about as good as you're going to get for the area."
