"I had one chance to get to Thanksgiving with my family and Amazon refused to try to help me with that. They lied about my delivery date for car parts. Lied when they said this locker had room in it and that I didnt have to worry about my order being late. You disappointed my family and ruined my holiday. They had the chance to get me the part even late yesterday but the refused to cooperate. My 3 year old nephew begged me to show up for thanksgiving. I let him down because Amazon let me down. They lie and they dont care anything about the customer, just the bottom line. The money. Coulda got it on ebay cheaper too."
