"Terrible. No one will answer the phone local. Charges for access points but doesn't let you know till the customer goes to pick up packages. DO BETTER!"

"Have used this UPS store for our virtual mailbox for over three years. They are so great to work with and very helpful. Never missed a day of mail forwarding. I can call and ask if any mail looks important or not and have mail forwarded earlier. This has worked great for us. Only caveat is mail forwarding is a bit pricey (like $25 each time) but other than that we are very happy with the service provided at the Castro Street Mountain View location."

"Staff are rude and prices for "customer service" items are extortionate, it's probably why the staff are the way they are, sick of being confronted about the prices. I've had multiple UPS drop offs, they charge $3 to receive and open an email and the label is charged at 50c a sheet to print. Really? Charging to open an email, are you joking? Of course one part of the label needs to go into the box, they won't seal the box for you, you need to bring your own tape... Seriously not sure how they are still in business, compare to Fedex who are happy to do this or the local mail store. Won't be using UPS for anything again..."

"Do not do time critical shipments here- you can't trust it will get delivered on time. I paid a huge fee for my late delivery of my time critical shipment, and for the one week of limbo where the package seemed to be nowhere, I thought the package was lost. Dropped off an overnight shipment on 5/30. Wasn't delivered until 6/7. When I called this store on 6/1, they said everything had been shipped out previously on a daily cadence. However, UPS online customer service said it was picked up from the local store on 6/6. They didn't want to give me a refund (I was just asking for the shipment cost, and not including the late fee that was incurred) for the late shipment because it was picked up from the local store on 6/6 and thus, delivered within 1 day of that pick-up date."

"I don't usually care to leave a review, but wow this UPS actually picked up my call (after I tried calling another one in Sunnyvale and was left ringing) when I needed a last minute notary service (before 2pm), and a last minute printout on card stock. Samantha C. was so professional and friendly. Free parking in front of Starbucks, right next to UPS, less than 10m from the entrance. Definitely coming back here again for all future UPS needs. Thanks for making my own last minute emergency so easy."
