"As of July 2022 Berrada properties bought the property and the new management team and maintenance team sucks they don't fix shi! The female don't answer the phone. The white man is the apartment manager he is racist he doesn't like to talk to black people look at black people please do not rent from these people it will be a horrible decision"

"I currently live here and the management team is very nice although extremely serious. Lance is an especially helpful resource for anything that tenants would need. I recently had an issue with water leaking from our ceiling, and not only was emergency maintenance prompt and kind, management knocked $200 off of my rent for the month for the inconvenience although it didn’t seem to be anyone’s fault. The neighbors here are quiet and mostly keep to themselves but are always pleasant in the elevator or laundry room. Overall I’m not sure why the google rating for these flats are so low because I’ve had a wonderful experience here. Truly my favorite apartment I’ve ever had."

"Absolutely worst place to live in. Rude and lazy management who don’t do anything when you address a concern. We made several noise complaints and even called the police when a man came in the building without permission demanding money from a drug deal gone wrong. Drug and sex trafficking on our floor. We begged to get out of our lease and management failed to bat an eye. We’re hiring a lawyer to help us get out of this awful and dangerous environment. I have been chased on multiple occasions getting home from work. The cameras are never monitored. It’s not worth even a dollar to live here. Piss poor mangament I cannot stress that enough. Absolutely no respect. This slum lord it out to get his money and turns his back at every problem going on at the property."

"I would never recommend this apartment property to anyone. I have called many times for something to get fixed- at first the maintenance man said there was nothing wrong and then they said it was an outside problem and will need a roofers help so I am still waiting two months later for that problem to be fixed. I called last week because the AC in the apartment does not blow out any air and it blows a fuse EVERY time. The maintenance man came the same day I called but didn't do anything to the AC but said he will be there later and hasn't been back since. I called today and they said they will give maintenance a call and give me a call back but have yet to hear from them. I call then but got no answer. This is a slum lord. They don't fix nothing!! It's about to be 90° this weekend and my apartment with be 100°+ inside. At top of this, the neighbors are rude as ever!! They stay up in the halls banging on the doors all hours of the night, they fight in the halls, they vomit in the halls, play loud music through all hours of the night. They are extremely disrespectful. This is my first apartment but surely did I ever learn a lesson. I will be reporting this to all news channels as well cause too many people complaining abountthe same things and nothing getting done about it."

"Extremely rude and unprofessional , especially the management team . Answers the phones rude , they hate they job . Very ghetto . They will try anything to keep your security deposit . The maintenance men don’t know to fix anything , they put a bandaid on whatever is broken and call it a day . Everyone who lives in these apartments are ghetto . Don’t bother calling cooperate either , they are just as bad . Stay away from this place !!! Never again !!! They are disgusting"
