"living here has been a nightmare between people literally trying to burn the place down collapsed ceiling all on the third floor, there are children breaking into areas they aren’t allowed in banging on doors/kicking them at night with no camera that work which has been confirmed. with leaking ceiling to leaking floors, the building seems to be falling apart piece by piece but good luck getting they’re attention on any of it they just want your money Month to month. The elevators are the worst part between them either being out of service or dropping a bit then Getting stuck with the loud bells going off I’ve taken rides that have fluctuated Between the same 2 floors 4 times without letting me off. Theres Mold growing throughout the entire staircase that you exit out of in the back that theyve painted over and rebuilt after the same teenagers that tried to set the building on fire completely punched out the entire wall off and didn’t even try to acknowledge the mold not only that on that same staircase laid feces for 3 months they just picked it up left the carpet so it would smell so bad you couldn’t even make it up there all the way with out gagging. There are parts of the ceiling that have fell due to water damage again never changed the carpet so the smell still lingers. on the third floor the window is concaving due to what seems like water damage and the paint is just falling off off the ceiling the same ceiling that has a big hole with a large burn mark surrounding it. The laundry room is absolutely horriblr with leaking washers and coin machines that don’t work and you’ll even get your laundry stolen a few times. The gym only contains of a treadmill a elliptical and a multi purpose machine thats Shoved into a small room that’s normally filled with trash and is always so hot it’s almost a sauna. My experience has been horrible and some nights I’m scared for my own safety between the fear of my home getting broken into or my apartment being burned down while I’m sleeping. Not only that there’s never any parking in the drive way so your left to park on the street where you get ticketed by community service workers multiple times a day. The pictures are completely a lie it hasn’t looked like that for years. They also advertise dishwashers that break within a year instead of fixing it they won’t even bother. It’s not worth the amount of rent they charge New owners will never change anything which there has been many new owners still the same problems."

"We lived her for going on 3 years and it was AWFUL. I only loved living here once I was inside my apartment and the door was closed. The floor plans are unique and are very pretty but its hard to over look the fruit fly infestations and the Centipedes everywhere. There are ONLY 11 parking spots for the WHOLE building. If you don't pay for the garage (which we were on the wait list for for all 3 years and know people who have been on it longer) you park on the street which not only had parking laws for the winter but all of downtown uses those spots too so good luck finding something. This was my first apartment and we were told that there was a gym and clubhouse. Technically there are! If you don't mind working out in a windowless room just outside the laundry room with only one treadmill and a bunch of teens trashing it. And the 'clubhouse' is two couches infested with big spiders (never been cleaned) that you have to walk over mushy tiles that are pushing water into the apartment below. Plus there are two apartments just off of this roof top clubhouse that face it directly and they can watch everything you do. People light fireworks off of the roof every year for any holiday. Men will corner you in the parking lot and hit on you or aggressively yell at you if you turn them down. We saw drug deals happen all the time. I have seen people get dragged out with warrants, people with ankle monitors people with guns and the police called over and over. People pull the fire alarm ALL THE TIME. To the point where you will not see anyone go outside when the alarm goes off. The "secure entrances" are a house door that doesnt lock anymore. It used to be a metal door which they left leaning against a wall after people REPEATEDLY kicked it in to not have to use their key and eventually shattered the door so bad we had to use a different entrance. Someone got robbed on the elevator due to the doors being unlocked, broken or propped open. We never were the first ones to open our packages, neighbors would open your mail and take what they wants. The whole building smells like weed a mildew. I watches multiple ceiling tiles ROT out of the ceiling with water damage only to just be replaced or removed entirely once it finally broke. You will NEVER be able to get ahold of management, and the office is never open. There is only one elevator for the whole building and only one dumpster. 1-800 Junk is called at least once a month. The parking lot is full of trash, has maybe one camera that works now and very low lights. People let their kids run up and down the hall banging into walls and not say anything. Cars honk and people party at all hours of the night. Dont move here if you dont have too."

"I currently live here. Rent is outrageous (over 1k a month) for a place with moldy and leaky ceilings (even on the lower floors). The management companies that own this place pawn it off on each other every few years, so barely any maintenance gets done. Requested maintenance and improvements do not happen. Fire alarms go off in the middle of the night and don't get shut off for hours after the fact. No security cameras means vandalism happens constantly as well as assaults against residents from non residents. Management has had months to get set up. They get quotes on repair costs, so it looks like things are getting done, but they never hire anyone. The first 2 months of new owners were a flurry of contractors looking the place over, and now nothing is happening. Even the exterior brick work is falling off the building in places."

"This place is a joke do not rent here! Office staff will get back to you when they feel like it. Nothing is important to them office is never open definitely need to change the business hours this building needs professional staff and serious attention on the building itself they need to update their pictures of the hallways and basement water damage everywhere and black mold just sad And They do not give escrow back in a timely manner. I will be contacting the better business bureau that's a fact."
