"DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!! I filled out a application in January for my mom to move in for March 1st 2022. I was told that she was approved and can move in on the 1st of March. We paid her $960 security deposit for the keys but the place still wasn't ready. I was then given a different date of the 15th of March. The 15th of March came and the apartment was still not available so we asked for a refund of the security deposit because they did not meet the deadline and we found a better place that was available immediately. I have called several times and get the voice mail and it's now the 5th of April and my mom still has not received her security deposit and the house is still not complete. They steal and prey on the elderly. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!!! Update: so I went to check on the building after leaving my clients house who also lives in the building. I talked to the building manager who lied and said that she sent a check already and that they were still working on the house. I went and seen the door to the apartment was wide open and the house still was not finished. I took a few pics and the building manager sent her adult kids to threatened me and tried to jump me. I called the police and of course they all lied. She now has me band from coming to the building and told my client that if she let's me in the building I would go to jail and she will be given a 28 day notice. So not only did we not get the security deposit back but I now don't have a job anymore either. That place is toxic"
