"Have lived here for two years and laundry services are a constant issue. The owners won’t buy more machines and other tenants disrupt drying cycles. We all pay for this and it only makes other laundry loads more time consuming."

"I didn’t realize we were meeting at the actual apartment for our keys, but after realizing that I had a great experience moving in! Annie was super sweet. Application and everything went seamlessly as well. Great communication and help from the management team. UPDATE 2023: We have since moved out. Management was always amazing, but the maintenance team is not the best. One time we had water pouring through the vent in our bathroom and we were super concerned because we thought a pipe had busted or something. Maintenance came and said someone probably overflowed their bathroom and it was fine. Didn't check for any damage or anything. Later, management was actually the one to reach out and check in and ensure everything was okay. We had also put in a ticket that our AC was not working. It was blowing warm air only during the summer (which as you all know can get really humid), and the ticket was closed out but the AC didn't seem to be fixed at all. Additionally, when we moved out (2 months earlier with full intention to pay rent until our lease ended), maintenance reported us to management. I have no idea why it is any of maintenance's concern since we were still paying for our apartment until the lease ended. Lastly, our building almost ALWAYS smelled of weed. I've been in other buildings and they were not like the one we were in (clean, warm, and smelled normal). Overall, management is amazing here. When it comes to tenancy issues or concerns, they will always address promptly in my experience. However, maintenance personnel are severely lacking in professionalism and are not prompt in fixing your issues. I strongly encourage everyone to do an in-person tour before deciding to rent."
