"Rental price value: Is becoming more fair for the surrounding area. Neighborhood: Poor, It has a lot of homeless/ drug users around. Community amenities: Patio is for the whole building but it has a time for which u can be on it.The library is for rent. It isn't open for tenants on any given day. The front door features for the buzzer is not available for tenant use so you have to walk to the door for visitors. Apartment management/staff: Communication among staff and tenants has improved over the 3 years I have been residing here. Not having to contact them multiple times to get something done because they don't have enough staff to support staff to tenant ratio. Interior features of your unit: I love the inside of my uint, the high ceiling, dishwasher, washer and dryer in the unit is a MAJOR Plus, multiple bathrooms, huge bedrooms. Apartment grounds: Acceptable for the most part is slowly becoming standard to keep the grounds looking up. Parking: Parking is a HUG issue for this property because it is limited for tenants. It's a first come basis parking for 2 buildings with over 200+ tenants with only maybe 18 or less parking spots. Nevertheless, office/staff takes priority for 3 of them. Overnight parking stickers are not provided when you have to street park blocks away from your resident. Towing is not held up on removing unwanted cars daily/nightly who aren't supposed to be there. Tenants are not allowed to call parking towing either. I'm pretty sure this is because there is no assigned parking."
