"Redwood credit union used to be a great bank. They have gotten so big that they grown a chip on their shoulder. They have changed their on line format. THEY don't seem to care for their aging customers who are not the best on computer. They should think of their customers first. Maybe they are trying to push out the aging customers."

"This branch is slowly falling apart. First the lines are always long, second they have been depositing my checks for me at the customer service counter due to my disability and today they told me they don't do that when they have been for months now. So due to the line and not being able to stand in line, I wasn't able to deposit my disability check that is sized different and won't work for mobile deposit. I guess it's time to think about a different banking system."
