We were in their branch almost everyday for a couple of weeks. Each time we were greeted so warmly and helped us get through it all , which was not easy. "They are not good at the teller station. They want to know what your going to do with your money. The Vice President, Jeanna Garrett wanted me to sit down and have a meeting with her about what I was going to do with $1500 dollars ? I told her she was crazy. The Branch Manager has no right to know what you do with your money. Even the District Manager told me I was wrong, "they do have a right to know how you use your money." Absolutely nuts at that Chase location. Is this still America?"

"I have had the pleasure of having an account with them for over 3 years now. Their team is very friendly, professional, and ready to help! The lines aren’t too long and the building is well kept. They are a great team. I like how they offer coffee and that since I am a college student, they offer a college checking account. I love how close it is to SSU and to my house. Makes it convenient. 5 stars! Highly recommend!"

"I changed my review of this bank to reflect the efforts of the branch manager to get a 7 day hold removed on a check I deposited, a hold that was only made transparent AFTER the deposit process was completed! Deposit on December 1st? You’ll see those funds December 10th have a nice day. She clearly made getting this hold released a priority since the entire deposit was available early the next day. This was a far different experience than the usual polite indifference that you get at most banks."
