Drexel Ridge Apartments

"I’ve lived here for five years. Sure it’s one of the nicer apartment communities in the area. But living here in winter is absolutely dreadful and I’m reminded of how much I hate it each time January comes around. Call The snow removal job that they do is horrid. And they try to blame it on people not moving their cars. They don’t plow until mid day half the time. They don’t salt so driveways and roads are just solids sheets of ice. There is nowhere to park because they don’t plow efficiently. I’ve fallen multiple times just while walking to get my mail. The only time I get a response is when I get upset and send multiple emails. Only THEN do they salt my walkway. Today I came out to a sheet of ice, literally unable to get my kids in the car for school, luckily my husband could sort of help. Yes there is freezing rain, but some of the ice could be prevented if they salted before this was supposed to happen. There is no preventative winter care."

"We have lived at Drexel Ridge for 1yr and 6 months. If we didn't have plans on relocating to Florida, we would never leave. The girls at the office and maintenance workers are the best! I will and have spread the word to many of our friends and family how great Drexel Ridge is to live at. We will really miss this place."

"Drexel Ridge Staff have been nothing but amazing! They are super helpful, especially when our heat went out the maintenance team was there within 30 minutes to fix it even though it was after hours. The amenities are always clean and kept up with such as the gym and pool! We have loved renting at Drexel Ridge!"

"I would recommend Drexel ridge apartments in oak creek to anyone who is looking for a safe and quiet place to live. It makes the difference coming home to quiet surroundings after a long day at work. Great location, just minutes from every store you would need. Along with that, the pool, gym and other amenities have been a huge plus. Clean, great response times, and activities hosted by the staff does not go unnoticed."

"I have lived at the Drexel ridge apartments for about 2 years now. I appreciate how quiet, safe, and well kept the property is. The staff is very good at responding within 24 hours, usually before that. Things get fixed in a timely manner and the staff is all very nice. Residents receive newsletters monthly and there are always fun activities to do. Everything is very modern and up to date. Yes the rent may be higher than other places, but i have no problem paying more for a quiet, safe, and clean environment. This is my first place i have lived on my own since my parents’ and has been a great experience! I highly recommend."
