"Personally, I had no issues setting up an appointment to see the condominium that I was interested in. The property management team was professional and prompt. This is a very quiet association, exactly what I was looking for. Top notch maintenance, well kept grounds, beautiful club house with an Olympic size pool. The reviews that I have read are ridiculous! If you have bad credit or bad references, obviously you should not waste anyone’s time and look elsewhere."

"For 15 days straight I’ve called and left a message and emailed for info! Not a single returned call! So I drove there 24 miles locked up closed. Hours on website said opened. Website says they have available units guess it will stay that way since they don’t seem interested in being professional at all!!! Poor poor customer service and professionalism!"

"TLDR: Jennifer is a liar. According to Jennifer Rossmann at Park Ridge on Thursday, their units were Hampton, a unit on the lower level that would be available on September 1st, and a unit that would be available on October 1st. A tour at Hampton was attempted to be scheduled and she contacted me yesterday telling me that unit was rented out. Then I tried to schedule a tour at the unit that would be available on September 1st yesterday and she told me that all three of their units were rented out on Friday and earlier yesterday morning. I looked at Park Ridge's page on Apartments.com and found out that their page was updated today. According to their Apartments.com page today, their Hampton and the unit that would be available on October 1st were still available."

"Made us pay for the application to then tell us there was already other people that had applied and we weren’t getting it. Terrible communication avoid at all cost!"

"Very rude when I called there. I called for days to set up an appointment and no one would return my call. Once I reached the lady on Saturday she was very arrogant twords me. I would not recommend anyone here and I feel if this is the way the management is now how would it be if I lived there."
