"Kelly is the most unreliable clueless pos apartment manager there could be. 7 years here and we had bed bugs for four years off an on because she wasn’t ever smart enough to tent the building. Be carefully if you move here she’s a bully and picks and chooses who she threatens"
"Very nice apartments with an excellent location and lots of pleasant views of natue. The apartments are very affordable and have numerous amenities included. Most of the units have a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. The apartment was very clean and the upper units have vaulted ceilings. They are very spacious, and generally with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The only downside was that the apartment we were looking at was on the third floor and the bathroom was another trip up the stairs. As such we didn't take it. After all we are fifty-eight years old ."
"I'm seeking my next apartment and had a tour scheduled for 10:30 am. My email correspondence with Connie was very positive, but my boyfriend and I showed up for our tour at 10:30 and there was a sign on the office door that said "Will return at 11:00." We could hear people's voices inside so I knocked. No answer. The whole place looked rundown and smelled like smoke. We decided to just leave and no one reached out via phone or email when we missed our tour. Very unprofessional."
"So far, horrible experiences left and right. I get it’s affordable, and near a lot of things, but my god. First, some of the people here are the most disrespectful unaware people I have ever met. Second, the parking and parking lot is absolutely atrocious, but not to fear, they have someone come pour LOOSE gravel in the craters a few times a year (yes, it’s slides all over the lot after a day). Third, property manager changed, and no one was informed? I have at least 5 emails within months I sent to the old manager and I thought I was being ignored for but no, MONTHS later I find out by a neighbor she’s been gone. Fourth, want to call the office? Good luck, it’s like the phones on silent. I’ve called so many times, including many times in one day spanned apart, and only been picked up ONCE (yes, during business hours). Fifth, and my final straw to write this, something needed to be updated on my CURRENT renters insurance, and rather than be patient and wait for my agent to finish, we get threatened with a 5 day notice because one column had woodland courts info, not metropolitan associates- mind you my agent said no matter what our policy was up to date and current. I honestly feel like if I felt a little more respected and like my voice was heard this review would’ve bumped up to a solid 4. I know there’s nothing they can do about the way people act or drive, but they can control almost everything else. EDIT: to add, my dogs, and my neighbors pets that I’ve talked to get horrible raw paw every time they salt, leading us all to believe it is not pet friendly salt in a pet friendly apartment. I got my dog shoes, paw covers, paw wax, etc. but it’s unavoidable! Update a year later, still the same old problems. Except in the lease they added any mold, damages, problems, etc can not be held accountable by staff, and no further intervention is allowed per lease agreement."
"Day I moved in, I was nearly hit by a drunk resident driving madly through the parking lot. I've had water come through my ceiling that has yet to be fixed despite 3 service inspections within 2 months. Faulty laundry eats money and ruins clothing. Note that the display room is not a representation of the quality of room you will receive. Expect dated and chipped (gouged) furnishing. Large number of staples stick out of the carpet. Fire alarm goes off every time the stove is turned on. Management enters apartments without notice. Hope you enjoy gunfire. Frequent flooding."
