"Terrible service! My package has not moved for almost 2 weeks and until now they have not given me a tracking number!! I have called so I can go pick up my package better and cancel and they tell me that authorization from a supervisor is needed and I ask to be transferred to a supervisor and they tell me that they will call me back in 20 minutes. They don't call me, I call back at 2 hrs and they tell me that there is no supervisor in the office.... they don't solve anything.... they don't give me a tracking number or let me pick up my package...!!"

"Terrible service, I started using their services, first at the time of offering me the service, the saleswoman confirmed that the box would be delivered no later than 15 days to its destination. Which never happened, after contacting their customer service department they told me that shipping with them was 21 days up to a month and a half to be completed. They use a third party service to complete delivery in Mexico. I had already used the company they use and never had any problems with them. Then when I received my boxes I found everything I sent completely destroyed, the box was no longer even shaped like a box, it looked like a truck had been run over it. When I called them to make my claim, they told me that they are a heavy-duty parcel service, which was never mentioned to me at the time of offering me the service. They raised the claim, I tried to contact them and never got a response. To this day I still haven't gotten any solution, which tells me that they don't care about their customer service. Appalling."

"I am so dissatisfied with this company they never gave a reciept at pickup of my box and it took over 2 months to arrive and when it did it was rummaged through. I sent a 30x30 box to Guatemala with brand new items for my family and they stole everything with tags on and left half the box empty … find another shipper !!!!!!"
