"I had an item out for delivery 3 days ago. Somehow it was placed on hold for a later delivery delay that neither myself or the seller requested. When I contacted Fedex Customer Service via phone, they lost track of where the item went after the delay was entered. I spent all week talking to different reps. Some told me they found the item and it would be out for delivery next day and others said they never found it, but would keep looking. It's going on a week now and trying to track down my item with Fedex Customer Service has been nothing short of a run around. The seller was also trying to find the item through Fedex Customer Service and was equally unsuccessful. The latest Fedex rep gave me this number to try and contact, stating that the item may have been brought to this warehouse. I called and spoke with Aya and I cannot express how personable and hard working she is. She was incredibly helpful trying to find where my item was and sent out an email for next day delivery once it was located. I have honestly been so frustrated with Fedex Customer Support and Aya seemed to be just as confused about what happened to my order as I was. I am truly grateful for her help!! Thank you."
