"I called and asked if they would accept a love seat. It was old but in good shape, no stains no tears. They said sure. I drove 30 miles to get there and then without explanation they said they would not take it. Told me to take it somewhere else and they didn't have a suggestion as to where I could take it. Tried Hope Gospel and they were happy to accept it. This place was rude and unpleasant."
