"I asked one of the workers if He could check my po box since I forgot my key at home. He told me sure just provided the id matching the name on the box which I did. He looked at it for a bit making it seem he was going to go get my mail. Instead he comes back saying I have to buy a new key if I want him to check it. He literally tells me sure I can do it and comes back saying something else. All he had to say was, sorry I am not able to do that of the get go and I would understand like ok no problem. Instead he decided to waste my time and try to make it so I buy another key while I thought he was going to retreive my mail. Never had a problem with the post office ever but that just rubbed me the wrong way."

"they lost my package claiming that one they left in my box is the one missing which is NOT; very unorganized. the worker remembered the name on the packaged which had nothing to do with one tracking number I showed them. thanks for loosing my Christmas gift."

"Make sure to get a tracking number on every single package, including gifts sent from family and friends. At least half the time I get notified a package is here, they say they don't have it. Have to push them to search for it even if the package arrived a week before."
