"Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. I tried to arrange a delivery window but they told me no, you get what you get and we'll just call you 30 minutes before and let you know that we're showing up. Why would they want to waste their time trying to deliver a washer and dryer if I'm not home to receive it? Terrible customer service too. Said there was no one available to talk or arrange a time."
"HORRIBLE SERVICE. One of the worst delivery company ever. They were supposed to deliver my refrigerator between 10am - 2pm. They sent a message the day before with the delivery time and that they will contact you 30 min before arrival. I never received a call. No one rang my door bell. And I checked my ring camera and no one ever showed up at my location at all. This driver needs to be fired for lying and stating he showed up when he never did and I have proof. I called the customer service line afterwards and they stated no one was present for the delivery to take place and that I would need to be rescheduled because I wasn't available according to the lying and lazy driver. NOBODY will help you!!! Stay away from this company at all cost. No one will help you at all."
"Ordered a Washer/Dryer set. Got emails and text messages saying it was supposed to be delivered on Dec 1. Moved my day around to be available. Got a call this morning from Stephanie saying they are scheduling me for another day. Obviously this makes things inconvenient. She was rude and difficult. They also don’t let you request any sort of delivery window. So now I have to take off another day to get this delivered. This is not how delivery of appliances has worked for me in the past."
"I had a Peloton treadmill scheduled for delivery November 5th. As soon as they arrived they said they couldn't deliver my item to the second floor, they needed a third body. They were acting as if they never delivered to the second floor... They informed dispatched and they suggested leaving the treadmill in my garage. I was not okay with leaving it in my garage not knowing if and when they would be able to come back to bring it up. As one of the delivery guys was leaving, he stated to his partner that I REFUSED the equipment..I didn't refuse it, I just didn't want it in my garage. Dispatch (I think her name was Anna or Annita) called me and let me know that they would be calling me back this week to schedule the delivery for this week...I get an email today stating that my delivery is scheduled for December 16! Over a month later!!! Had I agreed to leave it in my garage, would it be sitting there till then? I'm at a point where I may cancel my purchase because of how unprofessional this company is."
"Unfortunately if i could give this review 1/2 star i would. On my 2 week scheduled delivery date 2 hours late the delivery truck pulls up at my apartment. the driver gets out of the truck and takes a look at the entry way to the apartment building. He then took out his phone and took a picture of the 5 stairs leading to my apartment. He then gets back in his truck and drives away. he statuses my delivery with an exception that I was not home. Well i was home and was watching him from the moment he pulled up. now after speaking to customer service. they tell me i will have to wait another week or so before another attempt. The driver was obviously too lazy to bring the refrigerator up 5 measly steps, and then lied. this was a $2000 purchase from a month ago. purchased through Sams Club shipped from Samsung. I have heard a lot of horror stories about delivery companies but this senseless act of pure laziness with no concern for the customer is the worst. i can tolerate a mistake but blatant acts of deceit ? NO .. all i have gotten from XPO logistics is a run a round filled with a lot of excuses and apologies but they can not deliver 1 refrigerator. i have email every entity of this company that i can find. i will also update all social media platforms to alert consumers of this. i wound up canceling my order and will re-purchase from a retailer that does NOT use XPO! BUYER BEWARE OF LAZY EMPLOYEES"
