"This shipping store is really poor qualify, not professional, and no responsive. When I asked where is my package, they always have different reason, and would not tell me where is my bag. Last year November, I sent 3 package to my Chinese family. After I shipped 1 month, I asked her where is my package, she told me she forgot ship it. And told me will have me use express mail sent to China, almost 1 weeks will delivery. Then, after 1 week, I asked her where is my package, she said the package do custom clearance in China now. Another half month past, my family still not received package. I send message ask her status of package no response. She did not reply to me, so I went to store asked her, she said my package in Taiwan. So far, I still do not know where my package is. she said she could not check status right now. Really, Really bad service and irresponsible. Give one star because i want to express how bad it is."
