"Super irresponsible!! When your package is affected by the Pandemic Lockdown in China, you are screwed. Don’t use their service unless you can wait two months for the delay, or you can take the risk losing you items. Their tracking info updates really slow. Yes they might be a little cheaper than others. But I will try all the way to avoid using them. Too much hassles"

"This owner previously had another company, it ran into trouble and stole my shipments, I knew where the old company was so I pay them multiple visits, this snake-like owner,Jimmy, promised me my shipments were just delayed and everything will be ok, however, few days later they closed the store without any warning! DO NOT TRUST THUS GUY! He will manipulate you and lie to you if something goes wrong. I tried to negotiate with him about my compensation, he just cursed me and ingmored me. DO NOT TRUST HIM! If something goes wrong, he will not be responsible for anyone of you."
