Reviews
"I lived at Autumn Glen for about 5 years. If i would have written this review after year 1 it would have been 5 stars. The apartments used to be great. But just after the start of the pandemic things took a turn. They use to be very stringent about who they rented too. Then they became about the $$ and would rent to anyone. If you want to get pepper sprayed by fellow tenants, have your vehicles broken into, or witness dŕůğ deals in the parking lot then this is the place for you. We never had any apartment issues but also my husband is handy so he just took care of the stuff. They also charge WAY too much for the below average apartments that you get. But like I said they are all about the $$. Also the gentleman below us had bedbugs. They had to check surrounding apartments but disguised it as an "annual pest control"....which we never had any before or after that. Just tell the truth. Other tenants are snitches and tattle on everything. Start your motorcycle and go on a drive...complaints. One lady had a yappy dog that barked outside at all hours, day and night. We also just got some of our security deposit back so thats good! But based on what they itemized for charged taken out....they didn't replace any of our appliances which were already aging. So good luck to the new tenants. In summary Pros: Longer term tenants are the best people Located near so many things They have garages They have garbage disposals I don't have to live there anymore Cons: Screen your new tenants better stop letting just anyone rent....it brings the whole complex down a grade. Fence off the entire property to prevent unwanted visitors Lower the rent Seal your patio doors better to prevent heat/AC from seeping out. The property always has garbage around it....instead of giving someone a rent credit hire a porter."
"Seems like in the past the management wasn't great, but so far everything has been amazing here. We moved here in early May. Communication on move-in date, expectations, etc. were clear. Unit we moved in to was clean and nothing was broken. We met maintenance that day and they were vey nice. Haven't had any issues so haven't had to call them. Neighbors are friendly and the area is quiet. Property is well taken care off and communication is always clear between property and tenants if there is any construction. Close to a lot of amenities as well!"
"The apartment itself was good! We very rarely had any problems with the actual apartment in the 4 years we lived there. It's the people that work in the office that are terrible and made our experience very negative. Lindsay was the only helpful person in the office but she unfortunately stopped working there. The newer girl (Haley?) never has any idea what's going on. She never has any answers to our simple questions. She would take a very long amount of time to call us back. Our phone calls are always left with me more furious than before I called. This past winter was especially annoying with the constant calls about moving our cars for snow plows. It was never an issue any other winter...Sometimes I got rides to work or was out of town while my car stayed in the parking lot. We were constantly berated about moving my car when we weren't available to. No one talked to us about what to do with our keys and stuff when we were moving out until 5pm the day our lease was over. Luckily we moved out a month before that so I wasnt worried but that just shows what kind of place they're running. Haley really needs some more training or maybe spend more time in the office so she knows what's going on. Increasing the business hours might be more beneficial to getting more things done as they are very short right now. Either way, it is unacceptable and after our experience with her we will never recommend Autumn Glen to anyone."
"Lived here for six years. The apartments themselves are not bad. The staff is what makes this place such a disaster. The main office person is extremely rude and will constantly threaten to tow your car during the winter without a courtesy phone call in order to have the parking lot plowed. As a result, whenever it snows you have to poke your head out every 5 minutes to see when the plow arrives and then immediately move your car. If your apartment doesn't face the parking lot (like mine), you have to fully suit up and walk around the building to make sure it hasn't been plowed within the last 5 minutes otherwise they'll tow you without warning. They also are never available during their posted office hours. Calling them and leaving a voicemail usually results in no call back. They also post "12 hour notice of entry," often in the evening, then show up the next day incredulous that you hadn't checked your front door in the past 12 hours. With me working from home I don't check my front door every day. Again, no courtesy email or phone call. I used to love living here, but after the staffing change about a year or two ago it has become unbearable. If you're able to put up with them then this isn't a bad place to live."
"An awesome apartment complex with good parking and access to many shops and restaurants. One of the only apartments you can have pets and in a decent neighborhood. It's a little expensive at eight hundred and seventy two dollars a month but good stuff is expensive. My fiance and I both and (Lulu our dog) love living here, along side our friendly neighbors. Dennis the maintenance man is just the friendliest and most hard working guy I know and he takes care of any issues very quickly."
