Alpine Court Apartments

"Management and Maintenance are incredibly nice and respond quickly to what you need. 5 Stars for the employees of Alpine Court / Wimmer Communities. The building itself is pretty old. Ground is warped and walls are warped/warping in some places. Laundry room require coins but no coin machine. Machines are also small so you have to do loads regularly. I found it more convenient to go to a local laundromat for larger machines that accept credit and if they don't there are coins machines. No central ac. Radiator overworks so it's very warm in the summer and winter even if it's turned all the way down. You can turn on the AC installed in the wall but its noisy and doesn't penetrate the entire unit. Located to a very busy intersection so if you pick a unit that is exposed to the road, you'll hear traffic 24/7. You'll see police lights penetrating through your blinds."

"It’s been incredibly frustrating living here. I’ve lived in the alpine court apartments for a couple months now and there is not a day/time where it is not quiet. I either hear dogs barking, people yelling, music blasting, or my upstairs neighbors walking around. I haven’t gotten good sleep recently because of the noise issue and I feel like the issue hasn’t been resolved. I wish that I could love this apartment complex more but my experience has been difficult."

"I have lived here for almost three years and have always loved it. Maintenance and management is so on top of things, even as far as helping me when I had car issues. By far the BEST place I have ever lived and they are easy to work with. I’ll be sad to move if that time comes"

"I lived here for a year and a half, and my experience was wonderful. My neighbors upstairs were ridiculously loud, and there were bugs because of my apartments proximity to the ground. Otherwise, everything else was awesome. Matt and Bill are both great to work with and consistently made sure work orders for maintenance were handled quickly. and Nancy and Katie in the office (even Chloe before she left) always went out of the way to make sure I was set. Unlike some places, they have a lease buy out option - which was a huge plus. I hope to never have to move back to Alpine Court Apartments, but I can honestly say the staff will be missed."

"Overall, we really enjoyed living here for the two years we spent here. We liked our big bedroom and spacious bathroom. Kitchen was pretty small. Loved that it was dog friendly as that’s so hard to find these days. The management and maintenance staff was always friendly and responsive. They always gave decent notice for inspections and repairs and were understanding with our dog. One problem that was recurring was people using our parking space in the parking lot that we paid extra for monthly. Even the alpine staff would use our spot, leaving us with no where to park after getting home from work. Some tenants also allow their dogs to roam the hallways off leash, despite the on-leash dog rule and not everyone’s dogs being friendly with others. The laundry rooms and hallways were always kept clean. Storage units were easy to access. The free car washing station in the parking garage is a nice touch. Sometimes took several hours to plow the parking lot, which can be problematic if you work early in the mornings since the lot is a hill. Not too many kids living here, pretty quiet and mostly older tenants. Overall I would recommend these apartments to anyone, especially if you have a dog!"
